Information and purpose
If you submit a sourcing inquiry, information may include your email address, company or contact name, optional WhatsApp number, product or model, brand, quantity, destination country, request type, and other details you choose to provide. The form also records the internal page path from which the inquiry came. Website providers may process technical logs needed to operate and secure their services.
These details are used to review your request, check product information and supplier availability or pricing, and reply about a possible quotation. Inquiry information is not used for unrelated marketing.
Suppliers and service providers
Formspark receives inquiries submitted through the quote form. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website; Cloudflare Email Routing forwards notifications sent to [email protected] to Gmail, which is used to reply. Cloudflare Web Analytics may process aggregate visit information when enabled for the site.
If you choose to contact Tooling Lookup through WhatsApp, your conversation is handled on the WhatsApp platform under its own privacy practices. Tooling Lookup does not control how WhatsApp processes that conversation.
When checking a request with suppliers, we normally share only the product and technical details needed for the check, not your contact details. Formspark, Cloudflare, Google, and other service providers may process technical or inquiry information in countries outside your own.
Review and deletion
Inquiry records are kept only as needed to review requests and follow up. Information that is no longer needed is deleted when there is no applicable reason or obligation to retain it. Service-provider logs and backups may follow separate retention practices.
Privacy requests
You may ask a question or request correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Include enough context for us to locate the inquiry, but do not send extra sensitive information.
